With the dire state of our currency, many people have completely ditched the idea of camping or caravanning in Europe this year but there are still some relatively cheap ways to go under canvas (or metal) in Europe.
I like France, there I said it. I enjoy the countryside, the people and the way of life. What I don’t like is the prices and this has been made worse by the UK’s financial collapse. You only live once though and you can go camping in Paris at reasonable rates with Eurocamp at Maisons-Laffitte, just 20mins outside of Paris. Take the train for the city during the day and relax in the evening on your private decking and watch the world go by:
