With the rush to book camping and caravan sites this year, many property owners are discovering a new way to utilise their outbuildings by converting them to camping barns.
To convert a barn to a holiday cottage is very costly but owners are now providing the basics for campers in the form of a barn with some essential amenities. With a few mattresses and a perhaps a microwave, a camping barn can be used for around £9.50 a night and allows the outdoors enthusiast to travel and little lighter and not have to worry about packing a wet tent in the morning.
