A fleet of luxury Sunseekers led by the £4M Sunseeker 90 arrive at the Thames Barrier, London ahead of the start of the 54th Collins Stewart London Boat Show will open its doors this Friday 11th January marking the start of another spectacular boat show at ExCeL.
A fleet of over £10M worth of Sunseekers arrived in East London this week from their base in Poole, Dorset. Andrew Williams, Managing Director of National Boat Shows comments: “We are looking forward to welcoming some 140,000 visitors to the Show this year who will get to experience all that boating has to offer. We have some very exciting propositions, such as the Sunseekers, which will appeal to those interested in the luxury end of the boat market, as well as numerous boats and products suited to visitors of more moderate means. The Show will play host to over 1000 different boats ranging in size from the smallest - Reid Marine’s modest Starfish dinghy at 1.5metres - to the largest, the hugely impressive HMS Exeter Naval Destroyer.” 2008 will be the 54th Collins Stewart London Boat Show, in association with the Daily Mail. Being London’s largest annual event, it hosts over 500 exhibitors and hopes to welcome over 140,000 visitors.
The Collins Stewart London Boat Show takes place from 11th - 20th January 2008 at ExCeL London. As always, the Show offers activities for everyone from thrill seekers to historians. Well known faces from the sailing community including sailors Mike Golding OBE, Geoff Holt and current Raymarine Young Sailor of the Year Katie Miller will appear at the Show. HRH Princess Royal will be at the Show on Wednesday 16 January 2008
