About Us

We are active outdoors people.  We know a fair bit about camping, caravanning, boats, yachts and the great outdoors.  We take great pride in our products and try to trial most items ourselves.  We are passionate about the outdoors and if you keep a close eye out, you may see Busy Outdoors being just that!

There aren't lots of staff at Busy Outdoors.  This means we keep our overheads low and pass the savings on to you.  Sometimes this will mean that the phone doesn't get answered straight away.  You won't have to put up with queues and annoying music, but you may have to leave a message.  If you do we will get back to you as soon as possible, normally the same working day.

We want you to shop with us time after time.  We want to provide the best products, advice and service.  To know that we are doing this, if we get something right, please tell absolutely everyone you know!  If we get it wrong, let us know and we will do everything possible to put it right.

We don't stock thousands of spare parts but if you need something we don't have, then please let us know and we will do our level best to source it from one of our many suppliers.  We do like a challenge.
