Delivery

Our deliveries are generally handled by APC Overnight although we reserve the right to change couriers if necessary.  APC are experts at handling small parcels and all sorting is done by hand. Small items are sent by Royal Mail.

The shop will automatically calculate any delivery charges when you have logged in. If you require any special arrangements please call before making a purchase and we will do everything we can to help you.  This is particularly important if you want delivery to the Scottish Offshore Islands where alternative arrangements can be made.  We reserve the right to charge extra delivery should this be necessary.

We will try to dispatch goods the same or next working day (on a next day service) and always within 3-5 working days if the items are in stock.  If delivery will take longer than five days we will send an email to inform you.  During peak times orders may take 7 days to be processed but if this is the case the website will have a sign to let you know.

If you are out when APC call to deliver then a postcard notification will be left to arrange redelivery or pick-up from a local depot.  If you do not make delivery arrangements within three days, the goods will be returned to us and we will have to charge for redelivery.
