We use our Cadac every time and would never be without one now. For those of you who don't cook on the Cadac using a paella pan, you should try it. It cleans spotless with no scrubbing EVERY single time. We cook everything from steaks, veg, BBQ, curries, chillis, mexican etc etc etc. What a piece of kit.
