I am writing with regards to the above order number that I placed with
you on Monday 11 July. I requested a speedy delivery on this item as I required it for my son's school trip today.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service as not only was the item despatched on the same day, when the courier tried to deliver he could not get an answer from my Mum's house and rather than just going away and leaving a card in the door he called me on my mobile saying he was outside. I was at work and he had tried both neighbours with no luck so after me begging with him to leave the parcel round the back, which obviously he shouldn't do, he said he would try to get authorisation from his boss.

In the meantime, I managed to get hold of my Mum and she took and signed for the parcel (hadn't heard the doorbell). He then phoned me back to let me know it had been delivered safely and when I thanked him for all his help he said he really didn't want to just return the parcel to the depot as he had seen the note about requiring this for my son's school trip.Service like this from your own company and the courier is extremely rare and all too often once a company has taken your money they really do not care. I was highly impressed by the way you and the courier dealt with my order. I have never used your company before and although my order was a small one I would definitely use your company in the first instance if possible in the future.  I will also make sure that I recommend you to friends and family.
